  • Damaged/Defective Items: Printify offers a free reprint or refund if you report an issue (with photo proof) within 30 days of product delivery.
  • No Returns for General Reasons: Returns or exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or changed their mind.
  • Returned to Sender/Lost Packages: If an order is returned due to an invalid address, a refund is issued for the product price only (not shipping).
  • Return Address: Items do not need to be returned to Printify; issues are handled via photo proof through their "Submit issue" form. 
Shipping and Production Times
  • Production Time: Most items are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Generally takes 2–5 business days for US domestic delivery (after production).
  • Express Delivery (US): Provides 2-3 business day delivery, with the entire process (production + shipping) often completed within 2–3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Typically takes 10-30 business days. 
Other Key FAQ Points
  • Tracking: For domestic deliveries, it can take up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear; for international, up to 7 days.
  • Order Changes: Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have entered production.
  • Weekends/Holidays: Production generally does not occur on weekends or holidays
